Search for this exact product and the results are thin: a generic box configurator wearing the name, or a print shop explaining folders in general and mentioning a sleeve in passing. Nobody actually says what a plastic sleeve is for, which is odd, because it is the one part of the name that is specific.
What the plastic sleeve actually is
A plastic sleeve is a clear PVC pocket, distinct from the ordinary glued paper pocket a folder already has. The difference is what it is for. A paper pocket is built to hold a stack out of sight until the folder is opened. A plastic sleeve is built to keep one item visible and protected while the folder is closed, and it is chosen for a business card, a name badge, a cover sheet or a single certificate, rather than for bulk pages. The two are not competing options; a folder commonly carries both, the pocket doing the holding and the sleeve doing the showing.
That distinction matters because it is easy to buy the wrong thing. A folder chosen for a plastic sleeve and then loaded with fifty pages will not do what a buyer expects, and a folder chosen to hold a stack gets nothing from a sleeve it never uses. Tell us what the sleeve needs to display, and what the pocket needs to hold, and the specification follows both.
Structure and printing
Presentation folders here are built in paperboard, kraft, corrugated or rigid stock, chosen against the weight the finished folder needs to carry. Printing runs to offset, digital or screen methods. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. Matt and gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV can be applied once the finish and stock are settled. That choice is where a boardroom folder and an event-pack folder usually part ways.
We do not publish a fixed board weight or a sheet-capacity figure for this family, because neither is a confirmed specification until yours is. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. On a folder it is worth using that mock-up specifically to check where the sleeve sits against the spine and the pocket before anything is printed.
Orders start from 100 units. That minimum applies per design. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees.
When this is not the right folder
If the job is holding a genuine stack of pages together, a sleeve is not the feature doing that work. A build with a proper glued or interlocking paper pocket is the better starting point. Say how many sheets, and that becomes part of the specification. For a folder built purely for shine and finish rather than a functional sleeve, Glossy Presentation Folders is the simpler route. Other than a few miscommunication throughout the ordering process I had a great experience with this company. They are helpful and making sure that you get what you ordered. However, most importantly the product is good quality and they made sure that it is packaged well so it doesn't get damaged during shipping. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our experience with ACP UK was overall good. They were able to work with our extremely tight timeline and were very responsive and communicative. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

Can the sleeve go on the front cover, or only inside?
Either. On the front it usually holds a name card or a title sheet that identifies the folder before it is opened; inside, it sits alongside the paper pocket for something that should stay visible once the folder is open too. Tell us which job it needs to do and that decides where it sits.
How many sheets will the folder hold?
That depends on the pocket construction you choose rather than on the sleeve, which is not built for bulk capacity. Tell us roughly how many sheets, and the pocket gets specified around that figure.
What is the minimum order for A4 Presentation Folders With Plastic Sleeves?
Orders start from 100 units. That minimum applies per design. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval.
Is this folder recyclable?
A bonded plastic sleeve makes that a genuine question rather than a given. An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. A PVC sleeve sits toward the harder end of that range. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
