Start with the pie, not the box
The form of the pie decides most of the choice. Printing and finishing a pie box

Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. The material and any coating are chosen at the specification stage around the pie itself, since a warm, buttery or wet-filled pie asks more of the surface it sits against than a dry one does. What if none of the standard sizes fit my pie?
Then the box is die-cut to your pie's own measurements instead of forced to the nearest stock size. Describe the pie, or send one in to measure, and the dieline is built around it.
Can I get a window so customers see the pie?
