A packaging manufacturer serving UK businesses
All Custom Packaging launched in 2026 as a dedicated packaging brand for the UK market. Behind it sits a packaging group with five years of industry experience and its own production operations.
Our production capabilities cover design, pre-press, printing, die-cutting, quality control and dispatch. Our purpose is straightforward: to help businesses order packaging that fits their product, carries their brand accurately and performs through storage, display and delivery.
Plenty of suppliers resell standard box sizes with a logo printed on top. We work differently. Every order is manufactured to the customer’s own dimensions, quantity, material, artwork and finishing choices.
Our London address is used for correspondence and business documentation. Manufacturing and operational work take place through our group-owned production facilities in the UK and overseas. Our team selects the appropriate facility according to the box structure, printing requirements, quantity and required delivery schedule. This structure gives us direct production control with dedicated service for customers throughout the UK.

Pre-press preparation
Dimensions, bleed, positioning, resolution and colour setup are reviewed before production so potential artwork and print issues can be corrected before materials are committed.
Printing
Offset, digital and screen printing are selected according to the structure, specification and quantity. Colours can be produced using CMYK or Pantone references.
Die-cutting and construction
Boxes are cut, creased, folded and assembled to the approved structure. Inserts, windows, sleeves and specialist closure systems can be produced alongside them.
Finishing
Available finishes include matt and gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV, subject to the selected material and box construction.
Quality control
Completed packaging is checked against the approved specification before it is packed and prepared for dispatch.

Five controlled stages take your order from the initial specification to completed packaging. Bulk production begins only after the final artwork has been approved.

Confirm the specification
We review the product and recommend the material, structure, print method and quantity before confirming the quotation.

Design and 3D mock-up
We prepare or review the dieline and artwork, then provide a digital 3D mock-up for approval.

Approval and production
Approval may be based on the digital 3D mock-up or a physical production sample. Sample cost and timing depend on the specification and are confirmed in advance.

Quality check and delivery
The completed packaging is inspected, packed and dispatched. Your quotation confirms the production schedule, delivery window and any exceptional delivery conditions.
Materials and responsibility
Packaging materials selected for the job
We select paper and board according to the strength, print quality, presentation and practical performance each order requires.
Available materials include folding carton stock, corrugated grades, natural kraft, rigid greyboard, recyclable cardboard and recycled-content materials. FSC-certified paper and board are available on request, subject to the material selected for the order.
