I finally received my order about a month and a half later. Poor communication from the company and I never received shipping confirmation or tracking info until I asked for it. This was from my first experience, however I have now ordered from them 3-4 times and it's been great since then.

This was my first, and won’t be my last, time ordering with ACP UK for my custom packaging. I worked with Frank who walked me through every step. He ensured I understood every aspect of the process and ordering, sent multiple images for me to approve, and checked back in with me when I got them too!
