Pricing
“13 x 13” gives two numbers and leaves out three things: the unit, which side of the board the size is measured on, and how deep the box is. Settle those and the size is clear.
Inches or centimetres
The same label is used for two very different boxes. A 13 x 13 inch box is about 33 cm across. A 13 x 13 cm box is about 5 inches across, roughly two and a half times smaller on each side. Both are sold in the UK under the same name, so say which you mean. Our quote form takes inches, centimetres or millimetres.
Inside or outside
The board has a thickness, and it sits between the inside and the outside of the box. So a box measured on the outside is smaller inside, by more on a thicker board. If something has to fit, give us the inside size it needs, or the size of the item itself, and the box is made to that.
The third number
Two numbers fix the footprint and nothing else. Depth is the separate decision, explained on A4 Cardboard Boxes With Lids, and it applies here the same way. What a square box does well, at any size, is covered on Small Square Cardboard Boxes.
Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. There are no setup fees. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.

The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. What is the minimum order for 13 X 13 Cardboard Boxes?

Single wall or double wall for a 13 x 13 box?
Both are offered. Double wall is the heavier, stiffer construction, for weightier contents or a rougher journey; single wall suits lighter items. Tell us what goes in and how it travels, and the wall is chosen to suit.
Can I have a 13 x 13 x 13 cube?
Yes. Set the depth to the same figure as the sides and the box is a cube; any other depth works too.
Can 13 x 13 boxes be printed?
Yes, or left as plain brown board. Send the artwork with the size and we will show it on the digital 3D mock-up before anything is made.
Are 13 x 13 cardboard boxes recyclable?
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
