A themed Sweet 16 candle set, often sold and searched for under the name “16 Wishes”, is usually a small collection of individual candles put together for the occasion. Sometimes one extra small item is included too, rather than the set being a single candle at one confirmed size. That composition is what the box needs to be built around.
Holding several items securely, not one
Several individual candles packed loosely into one box can knock against each other, scuff their finish or roll around during transit and handling. Giving each candle its own separate space, and keeping a small extra item (where one is included) away from the wax pieces, is what stops that happening. There is no single confirmed litre or ounce figure behind “16 Wishes”: the set composition itself, not a fixed vessel size, is what actually determines the box.
The interior itself is shaped to the exact dimensions you supply for each piece in the set, the same approach used across every insert-based box in the catalogue. Print, finish and what ACP does and does not supply
Offset, digital and screen printing are options here, chosen to match the specification and quantity. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. The finish set includes matt and gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV, matched to what the set calls for. What ACP prints is the artwork you supply: no film-themed or officially licensed artwork is offered, and this is not sold as licensed merchandise. Ensuring you hold the rights to any character, brand or design used on the box is your responsibility, not ACP’s. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. Checking it against your actual candle set before committing to the run is worth doing, since the cavity layout is specific to what you’re packaging. Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees.

The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

What is the minimum order for 16 Wishes Candle Boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
Does ACP provide officially licensed or film-themed "16 Wishes" artwork?
No. This is not sold as licensed merchandise, and no film-themed artwork is offered or supplied. ACP's part is printing what you send in; clearing it for use is a separate step you handle on your own.
Do all the candles in the set need to be the same size?
No. Each cavity in the divided interior is cut to its own item. A set with a few different candle sizes, or one smaller keepsake alongside larger candles, still gets a snug fit throughout rather than one uniform compartment repeated across the box.
Are 16 Wishes Candle Boxes recyclable?
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
