I was assisted by Frank. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and Frank was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

Box, bag, or both for coffee?
Often both. The bag holds and protects the beans, and the box ships the order or presents a gift set and multi-bag pack. Start with the bag the coffee sits in, then decide if a box goes around it.
Do your coffee bags have a one-way valve or a foil barrier?
The barrier and any valve are decided per bag rather than assumed. A printed kraft bag is one option; where a higher foil barrier is the point, that is a Mylar Bags construction, and the exact build is confirmed at quote stage.
Can you print my roastery branding across the packaging?
Yes. Offset, digital or screen printing carries a single logo through to a full design, and design support prepares your artwork for the box or bag at no charge.
Is the packaging food-safe for coffee?
Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Confirming any information printed on the pack remains your business's responsibility, or that of its adviser.
What is the minimum order for coffee packaging?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
