Burger and Chip Boxes built to solve two different problems at once: protecting a burger's own stacked structure, and genuinely venting the chips beside it. Orders start from 100 units.
A burger and a portion of chips don’t actually share one risk. Treating them as if they did is how a box ends up half-solving both.
A burger isn’t one solid piece of food. It’s a stack: a bun, a patty, toppings, built up in layers, and that stack is exactly what’s at risk of being crushed flat if the box gets stacked on, tipped, or simply packed too tight. Chips present a completely different problem. They don’t have a structure to protect, but they do release steam as they cool, and trapping that steam against the burger makes both parts soggy faster than either would go alone. One needs crush protection. The other needs somewhere for that steam to actually go. A box built to solve only one of those ends up half-solving the meal.
A die-cut divider keeps the burger and chips physically apart, so the burger’s own stack isn’t taking weight from the chips sitting next to it, and the chip side isn’t soaking the burger’s bun. The same principle scales: a taller double-stack burger changes where that divider sits and how deep the burger side needs to be, so the layout gets set against the actual specification rather than fixed to one universal size. Genuine ventilation, die-cut into the structure where it’s needed, lets steam actually escape instead of building up under a sealed lid. Every panel of the box holds food directly, burger side and chip side alike. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production.
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. There are no setup fees. UK delivery is free. From there, offset, digital or screen printing gets chosen against the artwork and the order quantity, not from one method used for every job. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. A spot UV panel, foil stamping, an embossed or debossed detail, or a matt or gloss laminate can be added on top when the brief needs it. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free.
This box’s divider and ventilation are built to solve crush protection and steam escape, not general insulation or heat retention. White Takeaway Boxes works through that grease-and-steam mechanism shared by any hot fried food generally, useful where a combination box specifically isn’t the brief. Fish And Chip Takeaway Boxes handles that specific combination instead, where both components share one risk rather than presenting two different ones. Fried Chicken Takeaway Boxes answers individual fried chicken pieces on their own. Browse Custom Food Boxes for the wider range.

A single divider suits the standard burger-and-chip split. Where an order needs more, an extra section for a bigger chip portion or a dedicated sauce space is something the layout can accommodate, confirmed at specification stage rather than assumed as standard.
The divider's job is keeping the two sides physically apart, so weight and general moisture don't transfer between them. It isn't a sealed, liquid-tight wall, so a genuinely runny sauce is best kept in its own small pot rather than left for the divider alone to contain.
Not meaningfully over a normal delivery or carry time. It's there to let steam escape rather than condense back onto the food, which does more for texture than sealing the box completely ever would.
