Custom Printed Packaging Sleeves wrap around a plain box, covering most of its surface with one printed piece rather than replacing the box itself. Orders start from 100 units. Design input and a mock-up before production are both included at no extra cost.
Before a wrap sleeve goes anywhere near the box it’s built for, it exists as a flat printed sheet, and that gap between the flat print and the finished, wrapped shape is where most sleeve problems actually start.
A narrow belly band can carry a logo more or less anywhere along its length, since it never tries to line print up with a specific face. A fuller wrap sleeve is different. Once it covers most of the box, the design usually needs to respect where one face ends and the next begins, so a front-facing logo doesn’t end up straddling a side edge or wrapping awkwardly around a corner. That means the flat layout has to be measured against the actual finished shape, not just an overall size, before any artwork gets placed on it.
Every wrap sleeve closes somewhere, a taped edge or a locking tab, and that closure point sits on one specific face once the sleeve is wrapped. A design that ignores where the seam falls risks a visible join cutting straight through a logo or a block of text. Deciding which face carries the seam, usually the back or a side rather than the front, is part of specifying the sleeve properly, not something worked out after the artwork is finished.
Sleeves and belly bands are a confirmed structural option, closing with a tab-lock or a taped seam depending on the specification. The sleeve’s own single printed surface takes offset, digital or screen print. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. Orders start from 100 units. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. There are no setup fees. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
Needing only a thin printed strip to keep a box closed and show a small logo, rather than dressing the whole surface, points to a belly band instead of this fuller wrap. Where the sleeve needs to be the entire packaging, sliding an inner tray in and out, that’s Custom Tray And Sleeve Boxes territory, not this one. A pack that needs print on every face and its own full enclosure belongs under Custom Product Boxes instead.

Because the flat sheet becomes a wrapped shape with distinct faces once it's fitted to the box. Artwork placed without measuring against the box's real height, depth and width can end up split across a corner instead of sitting cleanly on one face.
Yes. The seam is wherever the sleeve closes, taped or locked, and that point sits on a real face once wrapped. Choosing a back or side face for it keeps the join away from the main printed design.
It can. Both inside-only and inside-and-outside printing are confirmed options, which suits a sleeve where the inner face carries product information rather than staying blank.

Most of the surface, rather than a narrow strip. A belly band holds the box shut and carries a small logo; this format wraps enough of the box to give the whole pack a printed appearance.
If the brand needs to do real work on the shelf, the fuller sleeve gives the print area for it; if it is a finishing touch that just secures the box, a belly band is enough. The band uses less material, so it is the cheaper of the two.
Either works. A sleeve can wrap stock you already hold, or we can make the plain box or tray to go with it so the two fit together. Only the wrap is printed, which is what keeps a sleeve below the cost of a fully printed box.
Yes. A sleeve is sized to the box it wraps, so send the box's dimensions or a sample, and it is cut to slide on cleanly and stay put without a struggle to fit.
Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Confirming any information printed on the sleeve remains your business's responsibility, or that of its adviser.
