I was assisted by Frank. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and Frank was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

Thomas has been a delight to work with from start to finish, responding to my many questions and requests. He worked well with my graphic designer to get us a gorgeous luxury packaging product for our premium fudge product. Whenever there was an issue, he was there to walk through it with us and ensure it resolved. ETAs were not consistent but when multiple parties are involved in getting the packaging to us I suppose some delays are bound to occur.

Our experience with ACP UK was overall good. They were able to work with our extremely tight timeline and were very responsive and communicative. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

Is double wall always the safer choice?
Not always. A single wall carries standard retail and everyday loads at a lower cost, so double wall earns its place on a heavy or fragile item, or a rough journey, rather than by default.
Can I get corrugated in a colour other than plain brown?
Yes. White and blue stock cover a cleaner or bolder look, and a full print takes the box further still. A natural brown board reads a printed colour more softly than a white one, so a bright design is truest on a white board.
Can I reorder the same box later?
Yes. Once a size and specification are approved, a repeat run works from that same setup, so the box stays consistent from one order to the next.
Are corrugated boxes recyclable?
An unlaminated board is generally the easier case, and a heavy laminate or coating changes it. Recyclability comes down to the exact build and the facilities in your area, so it is worth checking locally.
What is the minimum order for corrugated boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
