Cigarette boxes custom printed to your own design, or supplied as blank ready-to-go stock, with full branding, finishes and formats. Orders start from 100 units.
An empty cigarette box is the printed shell before anything goes into it, and there are two honest ways to order one: printed with your own branding, or blank and ready to go. Which one you need is the first thing to settle, and both are a normal order here.
The custom route puts your branding on the box: your artwork, your colours and your chosen finish, on the flip-top format or another style built to your specification. Brand colour is worked in CMYK, or matched to a Pantone reference, to hold it close. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. The board can be a standard paperboard or a heavier rigid grade. Finishing can add matt or gloss lamination, foil stamping, spot UV, and embossing or debossing, with what is available depending on the box style, board, quantity and print process. Free design support prepares your artwork to the dieline, and a free digital 3D mock-up shows the box before the run begins.
If you do not need bespoke printing, the empty box comes as ready-to-go stock too: either unprinted, or a ready-made generic design. That is a real option here, not a lesser one, ordered at the 100-unit minimum on the same lead time a printed run takes.
Cigarette packaging carries information the product must display, and that is worth being straight about, because most of this market is not. The layout can leave clear panels for whatever the pack has to carry, and ACP can help arrange that space. Confirming the mandatory information is correct and complete, for wherever the pack is sold, is the brand’s own responsibility, or its regulatory adviser’s. The box carries what you supply; getting the required content right stays on your side.
Orders start from 100 units. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees. An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally. If you only want plain, unprinted stock, Blank Cigarette Boxes is the simpler starting point, and for an e-cigarette or vape product the Vape Packaging category is the right place instead.
