Letters aren’t all the same shape inside
Each letter in a name gets its own specification, worked out from that letter’s own proportions rather than a shared figure for the whole word. A wide-bodied letter such as O, B or M encloses a genuine amount of usable space. A narrow stroke, the shape most of an I, L or T is built from, encloses very little, and carries internal bracing as part of its own build once anything is placed inside it, simply to stay standing. Both facts describe the same alphabet, not a default and an exception.
Opening is usually through a lid or a removable panel built into the letter, sized to the letter it belongs to rather than one universal opening. Balloons, flowers, lights, sweets or other lightweight decorative fill all go in the same way, through that opening, once it’s specified for the individual letter carrying them.
Ordering and finishing
Offset, digital and screen printing all suit this product. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. Matt and gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV are all available. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. Checking how each letter in a name actually looks and stands before committing to the full run is worth doing here. Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees.

Our experience with ACP UK was overall good. They were able to work with our extremely tight timeline and were very responsive and communicative. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

What is the minimum order for Fillable Cardboard Letters?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
Are the letters delivered flat or already assembled?
That's a specification choice rather than a fixed default. Flat delivery packs down smaller for shipping a whole name at once, while pre-assembled letters arrive ready to position, which matters more for a same-day setup with no build time to spare.
Can different letters in the same name have different finishes?
Yes. No rule requires every letter to carry the same foil, lamination or spot UV treatment. Each one can be finished on its own terms, the same way each letter already gets its own size and fill specification.
Are Fillable Cardboard Letters recyclable?
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
