“Individual” here means one product to one box: each item gets a box of its own, cut to it, instead of sharing a carton. Packed that way, a product range becomes a set of boxes, one for each product or group of similar ones, and the set brings a problem of its own.
When the boxes look alike
Plain kraft boxes close in size are hard to tell apart in a stack. At a busy packing bench, that is when a product can go out in the box meant for the one next to it, loose in a box that is too big or forced into one that is too small. A printed mark on each box that says what it is for lets whoever is packing pick by reading instead of measuring. A size, a product name or a short code will do it, like a “7x5x2” printed on one panel. Put it where it can be read while the boxes are in store, on a panel that faces up when they lie flat.
Marks and the minimum
Orders start from 100 units. The minimum applies per design, so when you ask for a quote on a set of marked boxes, ask how the marks count against it. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. There are no setup fees. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.

I was assisted by Frank. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and Frank was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.
