Our experience with ACP UK was overall good. They were able to work with our extremely tight timeline and were very responsive and communicative. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

I was assisted by Frank. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and Frank was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

Can I get a count or size that is not a standard 2, 4 or 6?
Yes. Two, four and six are the common counts, but the compartments are die-cut, so an unusual count, a taller bottle or a wider cup can be cut to rather than forced into a stock size. Send the item and how many travel together, and the layout is built around it.
Does the carrier have a handle?
The carry formats have a handle die-cut into the board so the whole set lifts as one, and the flat tray formats sit steady for a short carry from the counter. Which suits depends on how far it has to go.
Do the cups or bottles come with the carrier?
No. The carrier holds them, and the drinks are ordered separately; for the cups themselves, Custom Paper Cups is the place, and bottles are supplied by you.
Are the food-service carriers food-safe?
Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Confirming any information printed on the carrier remains your business's responsibility, or that of its adviser.
What is the minimum order for carrier packaging?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
