Our experience with ACP UK was overall good. They were able to work with our extremely tight timeline and were very responsive and communicative. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

I was assisted by Frank. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and Frank was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

Do chocolates need an insert, or is a plain box fine?
Chocolates usually earn an insert, and a robust wrapped sweet is generally happy loose. The quick test: would a piece mark or shift on a short journey? If it would, it wants seating.
Can you make small boxes for wedding favours or party bags?
Yes. A small sweet box works for favours and party runs, printed for the occasion. Tell us the rough size and the quantity and the right format follows from that.
Can you match my brand's exact colour?
Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. A strong brand colour is most reliable on a white coated board rather than a natural kraft.
Are the boxes food-safe?
Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Confirming any information printed on the pack remains your business's responsibility, or that of its regulatory adviser.
What is the minimum order for sweet boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
