This is the first time I have used this company, Thomas assisted me with answering queries and the design of the personalised boxes I was after. Sometimes a little too eager chasing for decisions but at least you know someone is handling your enquiry and its not sitting on the bottom of a pile being ignored as I've had experience of elsewhere.
