I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

What if none of the standard sizes fit my pie?
Then the box is die-cut to your pie's own measurements instead of forced to the nearest stock size. Describe the pie, or send one in to measure, and the dieline is built around it.
Can I get a window so customers see the pie?
Yes. It suits a counter or a gift, where the pie sells itself before the lid is lifted. The mini pie box comes with a window as standard; on other sizes it is added at quote stage, and it does affect cost and recycling.
Do you print small runs, or only bulk?
Small runs are the norm here, not the exception. Orders start from 100 units. A run can be a single logo or a full custom design, whichever the budget suits.
Are these boxes food-safe and grease-proof?
Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. The right surface for a buttery or wet-filled pie is chosen at the specification stage. We do not attach a grease or barrier rating to a box. Confirming any information printed on the pack remains your business's responsibility, or that of its regulatory adviser.
What is the minimum order for pie boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
