Pricing
The name settles the unit, centimetres, and the footprint, a metre each way. It leaves out how deep the box is and which side of the board the 100cm is measured on, the two questions any size name raises, which 13 X 13 Cardboard Boxes takes through in full. The box is made to the depth you give.
Storing it flat
The boxes arrive flat. A four-flap carton folds with two of its walls lying side by side, so each folded box is about twice as long as the box is wide. Its other side runs the full depth plus the top and bottom flaps. For a metre-square carton that is a very large sheet, worth allowing floor or wall space for before a delivery of them arrives.
The rest of the specification
A carton scored at several heights, which can be cut down to the fill, is the multi-depth build on 18 X 18 X 16 Shipping Boxes. Bracing one large item, or several packed together, is set by what goes in, and XXL Cardboard Boxes separates the two cases. Single and double wall board are both made, and the board grade is chosen around the weight of the filled product and how far it travels.

What is the minimum order for 100cm x 100cm cardboard boxes?
Orders start from 100 units.
Can hand-holes be added?
Yes, on request. They are cut into two opposite walls so two people can lift the box between them, and their position is fixed on the dieline before production.
Is a box this size easy to tape shut?
Yes. On a four-flap top the two outer flaps meet along a centre seam a metre long, so one strip of tape runs the full length of that seam and down over each end.
Can a box this size be printed?
Yes. The large plain walls take a logo, handling marks or an address panel, printed by offset, digital or screen depending on the design and the quantity.
Are 100cm x 100cm cardboard boxes recyclable?
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally. We can explain the general recyclability considerations of the selected material and finishing options, so you can make accurate claims on your own packaging.
