Three numbers leave the shape with nowhere to go: 36 by 36 by 36 is a cube. The label still leaves out two things, the unit and which face of the board the 36 is taken from, and both are reasoned through on 13 X 13 Cardboard Boxes. Our sample is a plain kraft carton close to a cube, with four top flaps, shown without a scale.
Getting a cube this size in and out
In inches, the unit this name usually means, a 36 cube is close to a metre each way. Made up, it can be too wide for an ordinary doorway, so plan its route before it is packed. Fold it into shape in the space where it will be filled, and make sure the filled cube has a way out wide enough to take it, such as a loading door or a garage.
Wall, sheet, bracing and height
The wall, single or double, is suggested once we know the packed weight. XXL Cardboard Boxes is where bracing one heavy item against several smaller ones is decided, and the flat sheet a carton this size starts from is sized on our 100cm square carton. If the cube will not always be filled to the top, a carton creased at several heights is the idea behind our multi-depth shipping cartons.
Orders start from 100 units. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. There are no setup fees. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.

I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. Great result: the boxes look really good and delivery was exceptionally fast. There was a little confusion about colors in the beginning but it all got resolved :)
