Worth saying plainly before anything else: this page is about printing a car decal to artwork you supply. We don’t sell reproductions of copyrighted anime characters, and we don’t claim any licence to do so. If your design uses a character or franchise you don’t hold the rights to, that is a question for you and the rights holder, not something a printer can clear on your behalf.
Die-cut or kiss-cut
A die-cut sticker is cut exactly to the outline of the design, so there is no visible background around it once applied. A kiss-cut sticker is cut through the vinyl only, leaving it sitting on a backing sheet that peels away, which suits a design that includes fine detail or is meant to be handled and repositioned before it is stuck down. A single bold character or logo usually works better die-cut; a more detailed illustration is often easier to apply cleanly kiss-cut, since the backing sheet gives something to hold while positioning it.
What the vinyl actually needs to do
A car decal lives outdoors, in sun, rain and temperature swings, on a surface that gets washed. That is a genuinely different job from an indoor sticker. The material and adhesive are chosen for it: an exterior-grade vinyl with a UV-stable print, and an adhesive rated for the surface it is going on, since glass and painted bodywork are different jobs again. We don’t publish a fixed durability figure, because it depends on the exact vinyl and lamination specified and where the decal actually sits on the car.
Offset, digital or screen printing all apply. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. Gloss, matte and other finishes can be applied depending on what you need.
Orders start from 100 units. That figure applies to each design you order. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees. Design support is free. It’s worth using here specifically if your artwork needs adapting to print and cut cleanly. A digital 3D mock-up is free.
When this is not the right product
If what you actually want is officially licensed merchandise carrying a specific studio’s or publisher’s characters, that’s a retail purchase from a licensed seller, not something a custom print shop can supply or clear the rights for on your behalf. For a sticker that stays indoors, on a laptop or a folder rather than a car, Custom Laptop Stickers is the closer fit. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

My artwork is a rough sketch, not a print-ready file. Is that still usable?
Often, yes. Design support is free. It covers preparing or adapting the artwork you supply so it prints and cuts cleanly, at the size and shape you need. What it doesn't cover is creating a new character design from scratch: the artwork itself needs to be yours to begin with.
Die-cut or kiss-cut: which should I choose?
Die-cut suits a single bold shape or character with no background needed. Kiss-cut, where the design sits on a peel-away backing sheet, suits finer detail or a design you want to position carefully before applying. Tell us what the design looks like and how it needs to hold up, and we'll recommend one.
Will it survive outdoor use on a car?
That depends on the vinyl, lamination and adhesive specified, and on where it sits on the vehicle. We don't publish one fixed durability figure because those variables genuinely change the answer; confirm the surface and conditions and we'll specify accordingly.
What is the minimum order for Anime Car Decal Stickers?
Orders start from 100 units. That minimum applies per design. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval.
Are these decals recyclable?
Not straightforwardly. An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative, and a vinyl decal with an adhesive backing sits outside that comparison entirely, being a plastic film rather than paper. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
