A candle box built to the exact measurements of your own vessel, rather than a standard size adjusted afterward. Orders start from 100 units.
“Bespoke” gets used loosely across candle packaging, often meaning little more than “fully customisable.” Here, it means something specific: the finished shell is cut to match your own vessel’s actual measurements.
A standard box sized for a general range of candles leaves gaps around a vessel that doesn’t quite match its assumed dimensions. That gap is exactly what lets the candle shift, knock or rub against the box wall during transit. Cutting the box to the vessel’s own height, width and depth closes that gap at the source. The fit itself does the job of holding the candle steady, rather than relying on a separate loose-fill cushioning material to take up the slack a looser box would otherwise need.
This isn’t the same question as picking a colour, or deciding how several items in a themed set share one box. Both of those are real, separate decisions covered elsewhere. An exact vessel fit matters regardless of colour or how many candles are in the box. Getting it right means measuring the actual candle rather than assuming a generic template will already be close enough.
Send over the height, width and depth (or diameter, for a round vessel) of the candle you’re packaging, and that becomes the working spec, with no nearest-standard size assumed in its place. Offset, digital and screen printing are all available here, picked to fit the run size and finish. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. Matt and gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV round out the finish choices, depending on the brief. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. It’s worth checking that mock-up against the actual vessel before the production run is signed off, since a bespoke fit only holds true if it matches the real object. Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. There are no setup fees. UK delivery is free.
16 Wishes Candle Boxes covers a themed Sweet 16 gift set, where a compartmented layout holds several candles at once rather than one vessel getting its own exact fit. White Candle Boxes covers a colour-led decision, relevant whatever the fit ends up being. Where an exact vessel measurement genuinely isn’t available yet and a general single-candle gift box will do in the meantime, Candle Gift Boxes is the plainer route. The wider range sits under Candle Boxes.

Height, width and depth for a square or rectangular vessel, or height and diameter for a round one. If you're not sure how to measure it, a rough figure and a description of the vessel is enough to start the conversation.
Often, yes, since the shell itself is built to hold the vessel snugly. A particularly fragile or heavy vessel can still benefit from a fitted insert on top of the exact-size shell, which is a separate specification question worth raising if that applies to your candle.
Yes. An exact vessel fit is about the shell's own dimensions and sits alongside colour and set-composition decisions rather than replacing them. Tell us the vessel measurements plus any colour or multi-item requirements, and all of it gets specified together.
