Thomas was helpful and knowledgeable and very accommodating in changing design details, always responding quickly with a new version to review. Sometimes a little too eager chasing for decisions but at least you know someone is handling your enquiry and its not sitting on the bottom of a pile being ignored as I've had experience of elsewhere.
