I ordered a prototype first, asked them to make changes, and all was implemented well. I've also worked with another company in parallel, that was much slower. The price here is better as well. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

I was assisted by Frank. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and Frank was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

What cup sizes can I get?
Sizes run from small espresso cups up to larger takeaway cups. The exact options sit on each product page and are confirmed on your quote, and Small Paper Cups cover the espresso and taster end.
Can I have the cup in my brand colour, not just a logo?
Yes. Print can be a small logo or a full-colour wrap. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method.
Are the cups recyclable?
The lining that lets a cup hold liquid is also what complicates its recycling, so a printed cup is not a plain-paper item. Its recyclability depends on the exact material and your local facilities, worth checking before you print a recycling claim on the cup.
Are the cups food-safe for drinks?
Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Confirming any information printed on the cup remains your business's responsibility, or that of its adviser
What is the minimum order for paper cups?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
