Sizing and dividing a mixed set
A mug, a jar and a folded blanket sit very differently in a box. Empty Sweet Hamper Boxes sets the box and its dividers around an assortment of shapes, and the same reasoning carries over to a gift set. Where the set mixes food with other things, Empty Christmas Hamper Boxes shows where food contact applies and how to line up several suppliers’ timing. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production.
Where the thank-you goes
The thank-you can be printed outside, printed inside the lid, or put on a card laid on top of the set. The inside of the lid is the route Luxury Cardboard Gift Boxes takes. A card is made through Packaging Insert Cards. Offset, digital and screen printing are all options for the box itself, with the method set by the artwork and the run.

I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
