Sizing a box for one bride’s own dress and sizing a box for a boutique’s whole clientele are two genuinely different problems, and this one product line covers both.
One dress, or a range of them
How many sizes this needs depends on how much the dresses involved actually vary, and that is worth settling before a specification is fixed. A bride ordering for her own dress is answering this on the smallest possible scale, one dress, one size. A bridal shop, dry cleaner or alterations business is answering the same question at a larger scale, across everyone who comes through the door, and the variation itself is what decides the answer, not who happens to be ordering. A run of similar silhouettes, with only the train length changing between them, can share a single size comfortably. A slim slip dress and a full ballgown with layers of tulle differ enough that they generally cannot. Share the measurements for a single dress, or describe the spread of styles involved, and we can work out together how many sizes actually make sense.
Dress volume is harder to predict than it looks
Two dresses that seem similar on a hanger can pack down very differently once the layers, the train and any structure underneath are folded in. That is exactly why the decision above deserves a proper look rather than a guess at a single size from a general description. Getting it wrong means a box that is genuinely the wrong fit for part of what it needs to hold.
Branding and print options
This order can run through offset, digital or screen printing, whichever fits the design and the number of units going out. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. A boutique’s own branding on the box works well when the box is handed over as part of the collection experience. Integral die-cut carry handles are available too, useful where the box needs to go straight into a car rather than being shipped.
Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. This lets you check the specified size actually holds the intended dress, or dress range, before committing to production. Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees.

The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

Can interleaving tissue make one size fit a wider range of dresses?
Only to a point. It takes up modest slack, but it will not turn a box built for a full ballgown into a good fit for a slim dress, or the other way round. Where the range you need to cover is wide, sizing for it directly is more reliable than relying on the tissue alone.
Does this product include acid-free construction?
No. This line is the standard construction, without the acid-free build used for long-term sealed heirloom storage. Where that need applies, the acid-free version is the right choice instead.
What is the minimum order for Wedding Dress Boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. That minimum applies per design, for a single dress or for a range of styles a business handles across its customers alike.
Does covering several dress styles mean placing several separate orders?
No. Multiple sizes under the same specification can be planned together and quoted as one job, rather than run as unrelated orders. Let us know how many sizes are involved as soon as you get in touch, so the quote reflects the full picture.
