A cosmetic carton in recycled-content, kraft or lower-plastic materials, with the specification matched to what the product inside genuinely needs. Orders start from 100 units.
“Eco-friendly” on a cosmetic box usually gets treated as one fixed material. It’s really a set of choices, and which one actually suits a given product depends on what’s going inside it.
Recycled-content materials and lower-plastic constructions can both be specified, and a plain, unlined board of that kind skips a lining or laminate entirely. That suits a dry or solid cosmetic well: a pressed powder, a solid bar, a compact. A liquid product changes the answer. Lotion, foundation and serum all risk leaking or marking an unlined board over time. A moisture or barrier construction is what actually handles that risk. Choosing it is a trade: the lining that protects the product is also the reason the box takes more effort to recycle afterwards than a plain, unlined one would. Neither option is more “eco” in the abstract; the honest answer depends on what has to survive inside the box.
This page doesn’t carry a forestry or sustainability certification badge, since holding and verifying one is a separate step this listing hasn’t taken. It also doesn’t state a fixed breakdown timeframe or a blanket full-recyclability figure for the range, since how a specific box actually performs depends on the material and finish combination chosen and the recycling facilities available to whoever receives it. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method.
Orders start from 100 units. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. There are no setup fees. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.

Real feedback from customers who trust us with their custom packaging.
Clear answers about ordering, artwork, production, materials and delivery.
On its own, not reliably. A liquid needs a moisture or barrier construction to protect the board from marking or leaking, which a plain kraft or recycled build doesn't provide unless it's specifically lined for that.
That's a decision for your own brand to make and stand behind, not something this listing verifies on your behalf. If a specific claim needs evidence behind it, that evidence has to come from your own testing or certification process, separate from the packaging order itself.
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval.
The whole box has to recycle, not just the board. We use FSC or recycled kraft, soy inks, card inserts, and a recyclable coating instead of plastic laminate, so nothing stops it going in the recycling.
Plastic laminate bonded to card often makes the box non-recyclable, even when the board is fine. A recyclable coating protects the print without that problem.
It can. UK EPR fees scale with recyclability, so a recyclable mono-material box tends to sit in a lower fee band than a mixed-material one.
Less than you might think. You still get print, colour and a clean coated finish. The main swap is a recyclable coating in place of plastic laminate film.
100 units per design. Production takes 6 to 8 business days after you approve a video of your physical sample, with free UK delivery.
Yes. The finish does the work. A matt or soft-touch lamination, spot UV or a touch of foil lifts a cardboard box well beyond the cost of the board.
For everyday ranges, regular-purchase products and anywhere unit cost matters. Rigid suits gift sets, prestige launches and boxes sold on the unboxing.
Most of them. Lipsticks, creams, palettes, perfumes and gift sets all work in a folding carton with the right size and insert.
