Nail Polish Packaging
Nobody buys nail polish for the box copy. They buy the colour. A printed swatch on card never quite matches the lacquer in the glass, which is why our most requested nail polish packaging option is a die cut window: the bottle shows through, the shade speaks for itself, and your artwork frames it instead of trying to describe it. If your range sells somewhere windows do not suit, a full print carton with a Pantone matched shade panel does the same job on the shelf.
One Cutter Guide, Any number of shades
A polish collection rarely launches as one bottle. Ten shades is normal, and paying for ten different box toolings is not. We cut one guide to your bottle and change only the print for each shade, so a full collection runs from a single setup. The minimum order is 100 units per design. That is low enough to trial one hero shade before you commit to the range, and when a colour takes off you reorder just that one.
Built around the bottle
Polish bottles are small, heavy for their size and made of glass, so the fit does the protecting. We cut cartons to your exact bottle, from slim 8ml rounds up to 15ml squares and taller gel system bottles, and add a card insert that holds the glass centred with the brush cap clear of the lid. Boxes arrive flat, fold in seconds and hold firm in a courier parcel or on a salon counter.

Can nail polish boxes have a window?
Yes. We die cut a window in any shape and fit clear film behind it, so the real shade shows through instead of a printed swatch. Windows work on single cartons and on multi bottle set boxes.
Will the box fit my bottle?
Yes. Every carton is cut to your bottle's measurements, from 8ml rounds to 15ml squares and taller gel bottles. A card insert holds the glass centred so it cannot rattle or press the cap in transit.
Can each shade have its own box design?
