A roller bottle has a weak point most box suppliers ignore: the roller ball itself. It sits proud of the neck, it’s under light spring pressure, and a bottle that’s free to slide around inside its box will eventually knock that ball loose or crack the glass tube underneath it. We build the insert around that fact, not just around the outer shape of the bottle.

These are the three sizes that cover almost every essential oil, perfume oil and roll-on serum bottle on the market. A die-cut card or foam insert holds the bottle centred and upright, so the roller ball stays clear of the box wall and the cap can’t be pressed in transit. If you’re running a range across more than one size, we can set up inserts for each without needing a completely new box design.
