A perfume bottle is glass, usually heavier than it looks, and worth more per millilitre than almost anything else you’ll ever ship. The box has two jobs that pull in different directions: keep that glass from cracking in transit, and make opening it feel like the start of the experience rather than just unwrapping a delivery. We build for both, with a fitted insert doing the protecting and the outer box doing the presenting.
Built to the bottle, not around it
We cut the carton and the insert to your exact bottle shape, whether that’s a straight-sided flacon, a tapered spray bottle or an irregular decorative design. Magnetic closures, drawer boxes and sleeve-and-tray sets are all available depending on how the box needs to open, and a window cut-out is an option if you want the bottle visible rather than fully enclosed.

Finishing built for an unboxing moment
Foil stamping on a matt base, soft touch lamination that changes how the box feels before it’s even opened, and embossed logos on rigid lids are the finishes that separate a fragrance box from an ordinary carton. We will recommend a combination based on where your fragrance sits, mass market, indie or luxury, and show it to you on a free 3D mockup before anything is printed.

The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

Our experience with ACP UK was overall good. They were able to work with our extremely tight timeline and were very responsive and communicative. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

I love that I don’t have to buy a bunch of different sized boxes. it’s the perfect size. It was so easy to assemble once I figured it out. Im shocked how sturdy it feels. I will be adding tape on it before I ship them just incase they unfold. I will definitely order another case of these boxes as these come out to less.

What is the minimum order for custom perfume boxes?
100 units per design. That's low enough to launch a single scent before committing to a full range, and unit cost falls as the quantity rises.
Will the insert protect a heavy glass bottle in transit?
Yes. Foam or die-cut card inserts are fitted to your exact bottle shape, so the glass sits held rather than free to move, which is what actually prevents breakage rather than the outer box thickness alone.
How long does production take?
6 to 8 business days after you approve a video of the physical sample, with free UK delivery. Some suppliers in this market quote 12 to 14 business days as standard, which is worth checking if speed matters to your launch date.
Can I get a window so the bottle is visible?
Yes, a die-cut window with clear film is available if you want the fragrance itself on display rather than fully boxed.
Do you offer magnetic closures or drawer-style boxes?
Yes. Magnetic closures, drawer boxes and sleeve-and-tray designs are all available, and we'll advise which suits your bottle shape and price point.
Can a cardboard box still look premium?
Yes. The finish does the work. A matt or soft-touch lamination, spot UV or a touch of foil lifts a cardboard box well beyond the cost of the board.
When should I choose cardboard over rigid?
For everyday ranges, regular-purchase products and anywhere unit cost matters. Rigid suits gift sets, prestige launches and boxes sold on the unboxing.
What products suit a cardboard cosmetic box?
Most of them. Lipsticks, creams, palettes, perfumes and gift sets all work in a folding carton with the right size and insert.
