A full-size perfume box and a sample box solve different problems. The full-size box has to sell a single bottle on a shelf. A small perfume box usually has to survive being made a hundred or a thousand times over, packed into a subscription mailer, handed out at a counter, or dropped into a gift bag alongside three other minis. That changes what matters: consistent fold quality at volume, a snug fit around a vial that might be 3ml rather than 30ml, and a print run that stays affordable when the order is for sample-size packaging rather than hero bottles.

Sized for the smaller formats

We cut cartons to sample vials, travel atomisers and mini bottles, from small single-note sample sizes up to the 15 to 30ml range that most travel and discovery sets use. A die-cut card or foam insert holds the vial centred so it does not knock against the box walls, which matters more at this scale than it does with a heavier full-size bottle. A window cut-out is available if you want the fragrance visible rather than fully boxed.

Sample kits sent to press or influencers. Gift-with-purchase minis handed over at a fragrance counter or packed into an order over a certain value. Subscription boxes that rotate a new scent each month. Travel and discovery sets sold as a set of three or five. Niche and indie perfume houses launching a scent as a sample before committing to a full bottle run. All of these need the box to look right at a size where there is very little surface to print on, which is a different design problem to a full-size carton.
