A 24 inch, party and catering pizza box built for the one thing that changes at this size: the box's own flat span. The board and wall are chosen to keep the big lid rigid, not just to hold the footprint. Orders start from 100 units.
Most pizza-box advice scales down from a normal box. At 24 inches that stops working, because the box’s own size becomes the problem the smaller ones never have. A lid two feet across wants to flex in the middle and bow over the top. A construction that is perfectly fine at 12 inches can sag onto the pizza, or give way when a second box is stacked on it. The size is not a scaled-up version of the same box; it is a different structural job.
The fix is to build the box for its span, not only its footprint. The board and the wall are chosen so the large flat top stays rigid. That usually means a corrugated construction, stepped up to a double wall where the load and the stacking call for it, so the lid keeps its shape when the box is full, carried and stacked. The right wall for the weight is decided with your order, and the general corrugated construction that does this work is covered under corrugated pizza boxes.
Clearance matters more at this size too. The box is cut a little over the pizza’s own size, so a genuine 24 inch pie drops in without the crust crushing at the walls. That margin earns its place here: a pizza this wide is heavy and flexes as it is lifted in, so it needs room to settle rather than be forced flat.
Then there is the part rarely spelled out: what a 24 inch box is to live with. A filled one is large, heavy and awkward to carry, and it does not fit a bike bag or a standard delivery round, so it suits collection, catering delivery and events more than an ordinary takeaway. Empty, the boxes store and stack flat, but a run of them takes real shelf space. It is worth planning where they live and how the filled ones travel before the first order, not after it arrives.
These boxes hold food directly. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Where grease is a concern, a clay-coated inner face slows oil coming through, though no board stops it entirely. The print runs offset, digital or screen, chosen for the run and the artwork, and a lid this large gives a generous area that suits one bold design rather than fine detail. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method.

Clear answers about ordering, artwork, production, materials and delivery.
Orders start from 100 units. That minimum is per design, so a run of one printed design counts on its own rather than being split across several variations.
That is set by the wall you specify, not by the size alone. Tell us how many you stack in service and in storage, and the construction is built to carry that stack rather than to a guessed default, so the boxes lower down keep their shape under the ones above.
Yes. A handle cut-out can be added, and it earns its place at this size because a filled box two feet across is awkward to carry flat. The internal fit can also be set for a round pizza or a square party tray, whichever you serve.
Board left uncoated may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a laminated one. With a pizza box the real limit is grease: a base soaked through with oil is the part that usually cannot go in the paper stream, whatever the board above it. That is an honest, spec-dependent answer rather than a blanket claim. We can explain the general recyclability considerations of the selected material and finishing options, so you can make accurate claims on your own packaging.
