Custom Product Boxes With Logo, printed so your mark stays legible at the size it actually appears, not just present somewhere on the panel. Orders start from 100 units.
A full decorative design has room to be forgiving. A logo doesn’t. It’s a small, fixed mark that either reads clearly or doesn’t, and that changes what actually needs specifying.
Most brands ordering this aren’t speccing a single box once. They’re putting the same logo on two, three or more sizes across a product line, and a mark drawn to work on the largest one doesn’t automatically survive being dropped onto the smallest at the same proportions. Fine lines and small lettering are what disappear first as a mark shrinks. The fix isn’t a bigger or simpler logo across the board; it’s checking the file at each size it will actually print at, rather than trusting one design to hold up everywhere it gets used.
Recognisable at a glance matters more for a logo than it does for a full pattern, which usually favours simpler linework and stronger contrast over fine detail. Offset, digital and screen printing all handle a mark like this well; the harder question is rarely the method and almost always whether that specific mark, at that specific size, still reads. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method.
A mark placed across a fold line gets creased through the middle every time the box is assembled, and one placed too close to a trimmed edge risks being cut into during production. A flat panel with no structural feature crossing it is the safer specification, confirmed against the dieline itself rather than assumed from a flat artwork file. Matt and gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV can all lift a logo further once its size and position are settled.
Orders start from 100 units. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. There are no setup fees. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
Wrapping artwork across the entire surface, not just placing a mark, sits with Custom Printed Product Boxes. Needing several items held securely inside is a separate question, answered on Custom Product Boxes With Inserts. Starting from a clean white board before the logo question is even settled, White Product Boxes is the other direction. Custom Product Boxes sets out the full range.

It can, more than most people expect. Foil catches light and can make fine detail harder to pick out than the flat proof suggested, while embossing works better on a simpler, bolder mark than an intricate one. The mock-up shows what actually happens once a finish is added, which the flat artwork alone can't tell you.
Yes, but it works better planned together than added on afterwards. Laying the logo, the barcode and any mandatory text out as one panel design from the start avoids the logo ending up squeezed into whatever space happens to be left once the rest is placed
Yes. A logo can sit as the clear focal point on one panel while a lighter pattern or brand colour fills the rest, so long as the layout is set out before the dieline is finalised rather than adjusted afterwards.
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
