It’s the thinnest, most exposed part of the product, and a box with even a little room to move will let it flex against the wall on every bump of a delivery van. We size the carton tight to your tube specifically to stop that, rather than just leaving general clearance around the outer shape.
Built for the shade range, not one tube
Mascara rarely sells as a single SKU. Most brands run a shade or formula range, waterproof against standard, black against brown, and the box needs to hold that range together visually while still fitting each individual tube. We print each variant against the same core design with only the shade panel changing, and can add inserts for duo or trio multi-packs where two or three tubes ship together.
