Custom product shipping boxes for online sellers, printed with your brand and sized to the products you actually ship. If you send more than one product, the box that matters most is the set of sizes that covers your range. Orders start from 100 units.
A product shipping box is the box you reach for when you are shipping your products, plural, rather than designing a box around one specific item. A page about a box for a guitar or a screen can start from that one object and its one weak point. A product shipping box usually cannot, because the seller behind it has a range: several products, several shapes, several weights, all needing to get to customers intact and on brand. So the first real decision is not which box fits one product. It is how few box sizes cover the whole range.
That number is the lever that quietly sets both your postage bill and your damage rate. Too few sizes, and small products travel in boxes far bigger than they need: you pay to post air, the parcel is bulkier than it should be, and a loose product knocks around inside and arrives damaged more often. Too many sizes, and the cost moves the other way: every size is its own print setup and its own production run, each run is smaller, and you hold more stock lines in the warehouse. The workable answer for most sellers sits in the middle. Group the range into a small number of size bands built around your real product dimensions, so each product travels in a box close to its size, without carrying a separate box for every SKU.
Getting the count right is what makes the fit right, and fit is where the money is. A box close to the product’s size needs less void fill to stop movement, and it often costs less to post because it is not carrying empty space through a carrier network that prices on size as well as weight. Where one box in a band has to cover a small spread of products, the void fill is planned in deliberately rather than left to whoever packs it. What a shipping box’s cost is actually made of, part by part, is set out under inexpensive shipping boxes, so this page does not repeat it.
Board comes next. A box holds its shape in the parcel network when the board suits the filled weight and the journey, so a heavier product, or a longer or rougher route, calls for more board than a light one going across town. Which wall matches a given load is a decision in its own right, covered under corrugated shipping boxes. Where your products are small and light, the parcel may suit a postal format instead, which sits with small parcel boxes.
Print is where the box earns its keep as branding, since it is the first thing a customer handles. Offset, digital and screen are all available, chosen to suit the specification and quantity. One thing worth weighing across a range: if some bands run on kraft and others on white board, the same brand colours will not read identically on both, landing warmer and more muted over the brown kraft. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. If the unboxing itself is the point rather than plain transit, a folding product mailer box is the closer match.

Clear answers about ordering, artwork, production, materials and delivery.
Orders start from 100 units. The 100 applies to each box size and design on its own, not spread across a mix of them, so a two-band range means 100 of each band rather than 100 in total.
Fewer than one per product, and more than one for the whole range in most cases. The practical way to find the number is to list your products by their real dimensions, group them into a few size bands, and build a box for each band rather than each item. Send us the range and we can talk the banding through with you.
Within a band, yes, as long as the void is planned for. A box built for the largest product in a band will carry the smaller ones too, once a fitted insert or void fill keeps them from moving. The trade-off is that those smaller products then travel in a slightly larger parcel than they strictly need.
Corrugated board left unlaminated may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily coated one. It is a qualified position rather than a blanket claim, and the real answer depends on the board and finish across your bands and on the kerbside rules at the delivery end. We can explain the general recyclability considerations of the selected material and finishing options, so you can make accurate claims on your own packaging.
