A single gift box gets sized around one item. A batch of them, going to different people with different things inside, is a different problem.
Sizing for a batch, not one item
Staff gifts, party favours and subscription add-ons all share the same pattern: one box specification, many different small items going inside it box by box. The genuine decision is which of two ways to size it. One option is measuring the loosest common size, big enough that every item in the batch fits, even the largest. The other is letting the smallest or most delicate item in the batch set the specification, and accepting a little extra space around the larger ones. Neither is automatically correct. The first keeps every box identical and the movement question consistent across the run; the second protects the one item that would actually suffer from rattling around, at the cost of some visible slack on the rest. Telling us the range of what’s going in, not just one example item, is what actually lets this get specified properly.

The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

What is the minimum order for Small Cardboard Gift Boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval.
We're giving different small items as gifts, not the same thing twice. Does that need one box design or several?
Depends on how different the items actually are. If they're all a similar size, one box specification, sized to the loosest common fit, usually covers the whole batch. Genuinely different sizes or fragility levels are worth flagging separately, since that's when a single specification stops being the right call for everyone.
Does ordering a mixed batch like this cost more than ordering one design?
Not automatically. One consistent specification across the batch is priced as a single design. It only becomes several separate orders if the items genuinely need different box specifications, not just different contents in the same box.
Is there a minimum size for these boxes?
No fixed minimum size exists. What actually goes inside decides the dimensions, worked out with you when you get in touch, not chosen off a standard size chart.
Are Small Cardboard Gift Boxes recyclable?
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
