A T-shirt range rarely ships as one size. The same design sold from small through to extra-large folds to a genuinely different thickness at each end of that range, and that’s the actual specification question a T-shirt box has to answer.
One box, several sizes: why fit isn’t automatic
A box built around a small folded shirt fits a small shirt well and leaves an extra-large one straining to close. A box built around the extra-large end fits that size well and leaves a small shirt shifting loosely inside on its way through transit or a shelf display. Neither problem shows up if the order only ever covers one size, but a genuine size range needs the actual spread specified up front, not assumed from one sample garment. Confirming both the thinnest and the thickest fold in the run first is how the box ends up specified for the whole range, rather than just the one size that happened to get measured.
Construction, print and finish
Tuck-top, magnetic closure, two-piece, window and mailer-style constructions are all available here, chosen to match the order rather than fixed to one style. Offset, digital and screen printing are all options. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method. Matt and gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV round out the finish set, subject to specification. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. There are no setup fees. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. Orders start from 100 units.

The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. What is the minimum order for T Shirt Packaging?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
Do you need physical sample garments, or is a size chart enough?
A size chart with your own measurements is usually enough to work from. A physical sample of the smallest and largest sizes in the run helps confirm the fold in hand rather than on paper, worth sending if you have them ready, but it isn't a requirement to get a specification started.
Can the box include a card or paper wrap around the folded shirt?
Yes, that's a specification question rather than a fixed default. Raise it early on if the finished look needs an insert or wrap alongside the shirt itself, since it changes the internal fit.
Are T Shirt Packaging boxes recyclable?
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally.
