A 12oz paper cup is the size many cafés use for a regular coffee, between a smaller 8oz and a larger 16oz. Ours can be made with one wall, two walls or a ridged ripple wall, and lids are available. Ounce sizes are names rather than exact measures, so when you ask for a quote, ask for the capacity in millilitres as well.

The wall
White Paper Cups compares single, double and ripple walls, and for a brown cup the choice continues on Kraft Paper Cups.
Your logo on the cup
Logo placement on the cup is planned on Paper Cups With Logo. These cups hold drinks directly. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. I was assisted by Frank. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and Frank was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

Our experience with ACP UK was overall good. They were able to work with our extremely tight timeline and were very responsive and communicative. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

The team at All Custom Packaging UK was very responsive. They were quick to respond to my emails and the turn around time on the boxes was fast! The first run of boxes did have colors slightly off and they fixed it on the second run.
The cost of the boxes was less than other suppliers. I will say the boxes are a bit on the flimsy side, not super sturdy but perfect for my needs. I will definitely use them again in the future.

What is the minimum order for 12 ounce paper cups?

Are 12 ounce paper cups recyclable?
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally. A paper cup carries a lining bonded to the board so it can hold a drink, which makes it a different case from plain board. We can explain the general recyclability considerations of the selected material and finishing options, so you can make accurate claims on your own packaging.
What cup sizes can I get?
Sizes run from small espresso cups up to larger takeaway cups. The exact options sit on each product page and are confirmed on your quote, and Small Paper Cups cover the espresso and taster end.
Can I have the cup in my brand colour, not just a logo?
Yes. Print can be a small logo or a full-colour wrap. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method.
Are the cups recyclable?
The lining that lets a cup hold liquid is also what complicates its recycling, so a printed cup is not a plain-paper item. Its recyclability depends on the exact material and your local facilities, worth checking before you print a recycling claim on the cup.
Are the cups food-safe for drinks?
Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Confirming any information printed on the cup remains your business's responsibility, or that of its adviser
