Most food boxes get chosen for what they hold. This one usually gets chosen for its colour first. A gender reveal, a football club’s colours, a corporate brand, or a party built around blue, and the box needs to match that blue precisely, not just look blue in general.
The stock you print on changes how blue actually reads. On a White Party Food Boxes, a Pantone or CMYK blue holds close to the reference you chose. On natural kraft, the same blue shifts toward a greener, more muted tone, because kraft carries a warm brown undertone that the blue mixes with. Neither result is wrong. They are simply different starting points, so it is worth deciding upfront which you want: the crisp reference blue, or the softer kraft-blue look.
If the event calls for one exact shade, such as a specific team colour or a brand blue, a white-faced board is the safer choice. If you are happy for the blue to sit a little softer and more natural, kraft works well and still reads clearly as blue.
Party food is rarely one item. Sweets next to savoury bites, or a cupcake next to something that could mark the box, all going out in the same container. A divider insert keeps different items apart, cut to your own item dimensions, and it is worth specifying at quote stage if your party boxes typically mix several kinds of food.
Where party food sits directly against the printed board rather than in its own wrapper, board and coating can be selected to suit direct or indirect food contact depending on the specification. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production, and any allergen information on individually wrapped items stays your business’s responsibility.
An insert-style carton with a lid suits most party food assortments, since it holds a mix of items without them shifting around. A window in the lid works well for a gift-table display, letting guests see the blue and the contents before the box is opened. Finishes run from plain kraft or board through to spot UV or foil on the logo, each available depending on the specification.
This carton presents and holds an assortment of Party Sandwich Boxes food. It is not a chilled or insulated container. If anything in the box needs to stay cold, such as items with fresh cream or chocolate on a warm day, a printed carton on its own will not manage that. A cool box or chilled delivery alongside the printed packaging is the safer combination.

Production is assigned according to the box structure, materials, quantity and finishing requirements agreed for the order.
An unlaminated kraft or paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. A solid printed colour like Blue Candy Boxes does not usually change that on its own, though a window film or heavy lamination will. We can talk you through the considerations for the finish you choose.
