Custom breakfast food boxes built to hold an assortment, not just one item, and printed to your café or hotel branding. Orders start from 100 units, with free design support and a free digital 3D mock-up before production.
A breakfast order is rarely one thing. It is a pastry next to a piece of fruit, or a hot item next to something that needs to stay dry, all going out together in one box. That is a different packing problem to a single sandwich or a stack of biscuits, and it is the one this box is built around.
Most food boxes are sized for one product, but a breakfast order usually is not. Pack a warm pastry next to fresh fruit with no separation, and moisture from the fruit softens the pastry base before the customer even opens the box. A divider insert solves this by keeping the wet side and the dry side apart, cut to your own item dimensions rather than a generic slot. It is worth specifying at quote stage if your usual order genuinely mixes items rather than sending one thing at a time.
Where the offer includes something hot, ventilation matters more than most cafés expect. A fully sealed box traps steam, and that steam is exactly what makes pastry go soft. A few die-cut vents in the lid let the steam escape without weakening the box in transit, and because they are cut to the specification, they only go where you actually need them.
Butter and oil from pastries and cooked breakfast items will mark an uncoated board over time. A coated or laminated printing face resists this better on the surface the food actually touches, not just on the printed outside, so it is worth being specific about which side needs the coating when you order. Kraft carries a grease mark less visibly than white board too, which is why many bakeries choose it for that reason as much as for how it looks.
Board and coating can be selected to suit direct or indirect food contact depending on the specification, and the right stock depends on what is actually going in the box. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production, and any allergen or nutritional labelling on the box stays your business’s responsibility, since that is not something the packaging itself can resolve.
An insert-style carton with a lid is the most common choice, since it holds an assortment without the items sliding into each other. Where a café wants the food visible on the counter, a shallow window in the lid does that without opening the box each time. Finishes run from plain kraft through to spot UV or foil on the logo, each available depending on the specification.
This carton presents and separates a breakfast order for handover across a counter or a short delivery. It is not an insulated container, and it will not keep a hot item hot over any real distance. Whatever a box looks like, board and lamination do not hold temperature the way a proper insulated carrier does. If breakfast is travelling any distance while still warm, an insulated food carrier is the safer choice, and we are happy to discuss that alongside the printed box rather than force one product to do both jobs.

An unlaminated kraft or paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Grease-marked board can also be harder for some facilities to accept, so a box that has been in direct contact with oily food may need to go into general waste rather than paper recycling, depending on your local facility. We can talk you through the considerations for the options you choose.

Real feedback from customers who trust us with their custom packaging.
Clear answers about ordering, artwork, production, materials and delivery.
Yes, and it is one of the most common uses. A divider insert keeps a wet item away from a dry one, so a pastry does not end up soft from sitting against fresh fruit for the length of a short journey.
It can, depending on the stock. A coated printing face resists grease better on the surface that actually touches the food, and kraft naturally shows marks less than white board. Tell us what you typically pack and we will suggest a stock that suits it.
If anything in the box is served hot, yes. A sealed box traps steam, and that steam is what softens pastry and bread. Die-cut vents let the steam escape without weakening the box.
No, not on its own. This is a presentation and separation carton, not an insulated container. For a longer hot delivery, an insulated food carrier alongside the printed box is the safer combination.
