An Avengers theme is a whole team, not one hero, and that changes what a buyer is really after: a roster of characters, a brighter mix of colours, and usually a child’s birthday behind it. It also changes the fine print, because a team is several trademarks at once, not a single one.
A team theme, printed from your artwork
This is a box, printed to order, that you put a superhero-team design onto: your own illustration, or artwork you have licensed. It is not official Marvel product, and ACP neither draws nor owns the characters. If a ready-made official set is what you actually want, those sell at retail in small packs, and that is a separate purchase from a custom print run.
What ACP builds, and what you provide
Send the artwork and the rest runs like any print job. Design support, included free, drops your file onto the box dieline and returns a 3D mock-up to sign off before the run begins. Many-coloured, many-character artwork is routine, and the press stays true to the file you approve.
The rights to the characters
There is one thing to be straight about, and a team makes it bigger: the heroes belong to whoever owns them. ACP will print whatever you hand over and are cleared to use, a character, a logo, a full roster, but being cleared to use it is on you, not on the order. Most suppliers on this term never raise it, and the buyer is the one who finds out later.
Whatever goes in sits directly against the board. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Orders start from 100 units. Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees.
An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Final recyclability depends on the full material and finishing specification and the facilities available locally. Want a single hero rather than the whole team? I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. Are these official Marvel Avengers boxes?
No. What you get is a custom box carrying whatever team design you are cleared to use, at your own quantity, which is a different product from the official licensed sets that retailers sell ready-made in small packs.
Can I have the whole team on the box, not just one hero?
Yes, if you supply artwork you are entitled to use. A whole line-up prints as readily as one hero; the real question is how busy you want the design to sit on the box size you choose.
Can different boxes show different heroes?
Often the ask at a team party, since children pick different favourites. Running more than one design in a single order affects the way the artwork is prepared, so mention it when you ask us to price the job.
Can you match the bright Avengers colours?
Team themes run bright and multi-coloured, and matching one well is a matter of specifying the colour properly. Pantone references and CMYK values can be used to manage colour consistency, subject to normal variation caused by the chosen board, ink, coating and production method.
What is the minimum order for avengers party food boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
