Easter falls on the same weekend every year. Miss it, and the box has nowhere else to go: it was built for one specific occasion, and the week after isn’t that occasion anymore.
Working backwards from a date that doesn’t move
Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. That figure is the same for every product ACP makes, and it doesn’t bend for a holiday weekend. It also covers production only: what happens before approval, and the delivery that follows once production finishes, both sit outside that count. A brief that lands in good time gives every stage of that chain room to work properly.
Pastel and spring artwork, not one fixed colour
Unlike a single committed colour, Easter printing tends toward a palette: soft pastels, spring florals, egg or bunny motifs, alongside a logo or event name. That’s a design and artwork choice within ACP’s existing CMYK, Pantone, digital and offset printing capability, so it doesn’t change the box underneath, only what’s printed on it. Bright, bold colours work just as well if pastel isn’t the brief; the occasion sets the theme, not a fixed palette requirement.
Whoever the guests are
Tell us who’s on the guest list. An egg hunt is a children’s event with adults mostly watching; a family lunch spans several generations at one table; a seasonal spread at work is colleagues, not family. The box behind all three can be the same structure, sized and briefed differently for each. I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. ACP UK was not able to fix the problems on the boxes due to our tight timeline, so we ended up with a product that were were a little less than satisfied with. They offered us a discount on our next order. I think their pricing overall was fair and competitive. We may use them on project in the future again if we are able to see an image of the boxes before they go into full production like we were told that they would do last time.

The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. How far ahead of Easter should I order?
Count backwards from Easter Sunday. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. That count sits between two stages it doesn't include: getting to approval in the first place, and the delivery that happens once production finishes. Total delivery time on top of production isn't a fixed published figure, so getting in touch as soon as the event is confirmed leaves the most room for all three stages.
Does the box have to be pastel-coloured?
No. Pastel and spring florals are the common choice, but bright or bold colours work exactly the same way. Tell us the artwork or palette you have in mind and it gets built around that.
Can one box hold different Easter treats without them mixing together?
It can. A die-cut insert separates chocolate eggs from baked goods or sandwiches, and if they carry different allergens, splitting them by compartment makes labelling each one straightforward. Party Food Boxes covers the same divider mechanism for any mix of items.
Is a carry handle or a gable-top shape available?
