Personalised here means one name, date or short message, printed consistently across the whole order. That’s the detail that turns a box of biscuits into a wedding favour or a thank-you gift instead of a generic bakery box with a logo on it.
One message, not a mail-merge
Names, a date, or a short message go onto the box, the same wording on every box in the order rather than a different name printed on each one individually. Worth knowing upfront if you were picturing bespoke, one-off stationery: it’s a single message, consistently applied across the whole run.
The box tends to outlast the biscuits
Biscuits get eaten within days; a personalised box from a wedding or a big occasion often gets kept on a shelf long after that, which is part of why the wording and finish matter more here than on a box built to be thrown away with the wrapper. A corporate gift works the same way: the box carries the memory of the gesture for longer than the contents do.
A window, or a clean personalised front
Die-cut windows let the biscuits themselves be part of the reveal, which suits a favour or a gift where the moment of opening matters. Solid printed fronts put the name or message centre stage instead, with nothing else competing for attention. It depends on whether the biscuits or the message should be the first thing seen.
Compliance, in one place
Board and coating can be selected to suit direct or indirect food contact depending on the specification. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Allergen and nutritional labelling stays your business’s responsibility.
The essentials
Orders start from 100 units. A few specialist favour suppliers advertise runs from as few as 10, usually on a simpler single-material box rather than a food-safe biscuit box built to a full specification, so it’s worth weighing against what the occasion actually needs before assuming the smaller figure applies here too. Design support is free. That covers setting the wording onto the dieline correctly before anything is printed. A digital 3D mock-up is free. It lets you approve the exact wording and layout before the run goes to print. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees. An unlaminated paperboard construction may be easier to process through suitable paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated alternative. Foil-finished or heavily laminated boxes, common for a wedding or gift finish, are usually the harder version to recycle, so a plainer print is worth considering if that matters to you.

I was assisted by Frank. Overall I had a satisfactory experience, and in the end my boxes turned out really nice. The stock is nice, and Frank was really helpful getting them where they needed to be. The first iterations the boxes were sized wrong, but once we got it figured out and I got the art I requested some samples before moving forward. They printed off some samples, and they were great minus a slight adjustment to the perforation. They made the adjustment and got the final order out and so far I am pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The only thing that would have bumped this up to a 5 star review would have been a little bit quicker overall experience, part of which was my fault.

Thomas was helpful and knowledgeable and very accommodating in changing design details, always responding quickly with a new version to review. Thomas is very eager to help make sure your packaging is right for you. Sometimes a little too eager chasing for decisions but at least you know someone is handling your enquiry and its not sitting on the bottom of a pile being ignored as I've had experience of elsewhere.

Not as standard. The personalisation is one message, applied consistently to every box in the order.
What can actually be printed as the personalisation?

Is this the same as the general biscuit packaging option?

What is the minimum order for personalised biscuit boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
Should I choose a window or a solid front?
