Built to ship flat and stand up once assembled
A folding carton in this format is typically shipped flat and creased for assembly on site, which keeps freight costs down and storage compact before a busy period. Once folded, a flat, stable base matters more here than it would for a single-serving box, since these are usually stacked on a shelf or packed several to a delivery case rather than handed over one at a time. Board and coating can be selected to suit direct or indirect food contact depending on the specification. Food-contact material suitability is confirmed for the specific material before production. Sizing for how many go in one box
Sizing scales with quantity: a box built for a single waffle and one built for a dozen need entirely different proportions. Tell us roughly how many waffles per box and whether they are stacked or laid flat, and we size the structure to hold that quantity without crushing the ones on top or leaving too much space for everything to shift.
Design support is free. A digital 3D mock-up is free, so you can check the fit and the shelf presentation before committing to a run. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free. There are no setup fees. An unlaminated or lightly coated board may be easier to process through paper-recycling streams than a heavily laminated one, though final recyclability always depends on the full specification and what your local facility accepts.

I will say that there were some things about our final product that we were not happy with, such as creasing of the graphics and images were not full bleed on the cover of our boxes like they were supposed to be. This is the first time I have used this company, Thomas assisted me with answering queries and the design of the personalised boxes I was after. Thomas was helpful and knowledgeable and very accommodating in changing design details, always responding quickly with a new version to review. Sometimes a little too eager chasing for decisions but at least you know someone is handling your enquiry and its not sitting on the bottom of a pile being ignored as I've had experience of elsewhere.

Is this the same as Waffle Takeaway Boxes?
No. This page is retail and bulk packaging for multiple waffles at once. If you need a box for one hot, freshly topped waffle handed straight to a customer, Waffle Takeaway Boxes is the right product.
Will the box stand up on its own once assembled?
Yes, when built with a flat, stable base for that purpose. It is shipped flat and folds into shape, which keeps freight and storage costs down before you need it.
How many waffles can one box hold?
That depends on your quantity and how they are packed. Tell us roughly how many per box and whether they are stacked or laid flat, and we size the structure to hold that safely.
What is the minimum order for waffle boxes?
Orders start from 100 units. Standard production takes 6 to 8 business days after approval. UK delivery is free.
